Seed money procedure for all actors
At least 10 most promising SE project proposals presented by the stakeholders in 7 regions will be funded with start-up grants based on the results of the training course and the expert consultation delivered within the frames of project activities. The maximum amount for one project will be 10000 € and the minimum 4000 €.-There will be no limitation in which sector they will choose to develop their SE initiative as it will depend on the specific regional context. All project ideas developed by the participants of the training courses will have a chance to take part in the competition for the start-up grants. -The proposals will be evaluated by an expert jury according to the following criteria: 1. Coherence of objectives and proposed measures; 2. Feasibility; 3. Scale of positive impact regarding the specific needs of the community; 4. Sustainability in economic, social and environmental terms; 5. Additional crowdfunding and fundraising organized. CSOs can apply not only for new start-ups but also to provide more sustainable extensions to their existing SE initiatives. Afterwards the newly launched SE projects will get on-going support through constant monitoring and professional support for another six month on possible improvements, as well as consulting on overall project and financial management, fundraising, reporting, visibility in the communities and where needed changes will be made.
